Life is your Journey

Every young life needs a little help sometimes

Life coaching for young children

Finding confidence in yourself and what you do can sometimes be challenging. A life coach can help you identify your strengths and detect the obstacles that are holding you back. Life coaching can be therapeutic; however, it is not therapy. Compared to a therapist looking at your past to help you manage the present, coaching concentrates on the present to help you define your future. Ellen supports young children (3y-11y) and their parents through the challenges of growing up.

“Play is the highest form of research”

A personal and child- centered approach

Within the safety of a serene one-to-one setting, Ellen guides your child in adopting the ability to recognize and cope with personal feelings. She applies a creative and integrative way of interaction through art and crafts, games, role-play, story reading, and mindful activities in a playful and fun environment with child-minded communication and methods.

Meanwhile, Ellen offers parental support and coaching to connect with your child’s emotions and understand specific behaviours. Parents stay informed about their child’s progress with guidance for the next steps at home.

“You can learn more about a child in one hour of play than you can in one year of conversation.”
